Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unopened, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at myniva@outlook.com. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with the necessary instructions. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalised products, personal care items and hazardous materials. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate new purchase.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal for the European Union

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without providing any justification. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved without you having received your refund, please contact us at myniva@outlook.com.
